Get Interactive Self-Help Therapy with WellTrack App

Denison has partnered with WellTrack to provide their interactive online toolkit for common mental health issues to the campus community.

All WellTrack courses are based in Cognitive Behavior Therapy. We help you tackle the most common mental health issues like stress, anxiety and depression. You will be given an assessment of your mental health, then apply WellTrack self-help therapy and tools, and a map to track your progress.

Courses are delivered in short informational bites, designed with an emphasis on homework. For example, the depression course takes place over six weeks. Some of the topics covered include:

  • What is Depression
  • What Causes Depression
  • Introduction to MoodCheck (your daily mood tracker)
  • Relaxation
  • Changing Behaviors
  • Positive Activities
