Yoga can be a pivotal component of your healthy lifestyle.

Yoga focuses on breath, allowing the body to decrease anxiety and stress. Yoga also improves metal focus and clarity. The yoga postures themselves bring a greater sense of awareness and self-acceptance to our bodies.

Many staff and students are practitioners of yoga and hold classes at different times and locations across the campus throughout the semester.

Regularly scheduled yoga offerings can be found on the MyDenison Campus “Wellness” calendar.
