Introducing our 2025-2026 Museum interns: Anna, Bea, Caroline, Eli, Ellie, Matthew, Meg, Meredith, Ravyn, and Stephanie.
Anna
Anna Burzynski ’28 is Journalism Major here at Denison. “At the museum I do research and writing, which is loads of fun because I feel like an investigator in an art heist. I love nature and doing the New York Times crossword puzzle. My favorite food in the world is pho, and I am always looking for new spot recommendations! I have recently been trying out film photography.”
Bea
Beatrice Braun-Arnold ’26 is majoring in History. “On campus, I am the president of DUwop A Cappella, a member of Doobie Radio, and a member of Delta Gamma. At the Denison Museum, I am a social media intern and work behind the scenes to create content promoting our exhibitions and events! Other than that, I love spending time with friends, music, and cooking!”
Caroline
Caroline Channell ’26 is majoring in global commerce. “As a social media and marketing intern at the museum, I’m passionate about integrating my global commerce background with my creative side to express ideas. On campus, I am also a member of Tri Delta. Beyond Denison, I love horseback riding, painting, listening to music, and traveling — my favorite place I’ve visited so far is Lugano, Switzerland.”
Eli
Eli Lishack ’26 is an anthropology and music performance major from Freedom, Pennsylvania. “This is my fourth year having the privilege and great honor of working at the Denison Museum. I mainly work on video and photo content for promotion and outreach for exhibitions, events, our collection, and the other super cool interns here. I also have had the great opportunity to work on some collections and environmental monitoring, as well as research-based video projects! Outside of the museum, I am involved in the symphony orchestra, and American Roots through Denison, and I perform in a band called DOGHOUSE.”
Ellie
Ellie Martin ’26 is a Psychology and Educational Studies double major with a minor in Visual Arts. “On campus, I am the Co-President of Denison Art Collective and am a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. In my free time, I enjoy hiking in the Bio Reserve, playing piano, roller skating, and crafting with my friends. As a Research and Writing Intern, I conduct research on the permanent collection and participate in art handling and collections.”
Matthew
Matthew Hrehocik ’27 is majoring in History, minoring in Education. “I love fencing, board games, and going for hikes. At the Denison Museum, I’m working as a research and writing intern.”
Meg
Meg Simpson ’26 is an international studies major and religion minor. “Outside of my time at the museum I love spending time outdoors whether it be hiking, walking my dog, travelling, or enjoying a picnic. I am always eager to try/ learn more things. Currently I am teaching myself to sew. At the Denison Museum, I am a collections intern focusing on research and writing.”
Meredith
Meredith Klinzing ’26 is an Economics and Environmental Studies double major. “On campus, I am the president of Denison Wildlife Conservation Club, involved in the Econ Club, and love hiking and exploring the bioreserve during my free time. I love to travel! I studied abroad in Costa Rica this past spring and spent my last two summers in Denali National Park in Alaska. This is my third year at the Denison Museum, where I am a social media and marketing intern. I love the opportunity to be creative and share all the exciting things happening at the museum!!”
Ravyn
Ravyn Jones ’29 is an undecided major with interests in theatre, anthropology, and psychology. “I’m thrilled to begin my work at the Denison Museum! Art is such an amazing way that we as humans communicate our varied life experiences, and the preservation, communication, and history of art is a huge passion of mine. I’m a member of Outlook and an avid reader, writer, and cosplayer. I like to take late night walks and read tarot, sometimes even at the same time.”
Stephanie
Stephanie Field ’27 is an Anthropology major at Denison. “On campus, I am a member of the Denison cheerleading team. At the museum, I am a research and writing intern, working with objects from the university’s collections. I love spending time in nature, traveling, stand-up paddle boarding, drawing, and watercolor painting.”
