Denison mentorship program

Denison’s staff mentorship program is designed to help new employees make a smooth transition to the university. Peer mentors are matched with new arrivals to help them acclimate to the Denison community and acquaint them with the campus. Employees build relationships with colleagues who answer questions, share insights and help them thrive on The Hill.
