Biography

Dr. Morrow brings more than a decade of experience in higher education and student affairs, with experience spanning first- and second-year experience, residential academic support, and belonging and inclusion. His professional career has included roles at UC Davis, The Ohio State University, Denison University — where he helped rename the MCSA into what we know today as The Center for Belonging and Inclusion, and Ohio University, where he served as a member of the President’s senior leadership team.

Dr. Morrow earned his undergraduate degree in Communication and his master’s degree in College Student Personnel from Ohio University, and his doctorate in Education Administration from The Ohio State University. He is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and a trained facilitator of Reflective Structured Dialogue.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Morrow is someone who brings a deep commitment to students, a passion for creating inclusive communities, and a genuine connection to Denison.

Outside of work, Dr. Morrow enjoys playing piano, playing tennis, and spending time with his partner and their three children.
