I am an economist with research on topics related to housing, homelessness, sports, and ecosystems. My interests primarily lie in using tools like methods in causal inference and machine learning to make some sense of uncertainty in the world. At Denison, I am teaching a course on introductory data analytics and a senior research seminar with the common goal of furthering students’ knowledge and curiosity towards the challenges they want to take on. Away from campus, I like to spend my time golfing, exercising, taking photos, or going on adventures with my spouse.
