Heather Maciejunes

Heather holds a B.A. in leadership and organizational communications from Otterbein University and an Associate of Applied Science degree in photography technology from the Ohio Institute of Photography. She has worked in the event management field for over fifteen years, with her most recent tenure as head of special events at the Columbus Museum of Art. Heather joined the Alumni & Family Engagement team at Denison in May 2022 as the associate director of events and experiences. She organizes the two marquee events for Denison: Reunion Weekend and Big Red Weekend. Heather is a Granvillian through and through — her mother is an alumna of Denison, class of ’75, and she grew up in Granville, where she still resides today. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and parents and is an avid photographer.
