'Can Plants Speak? Investigations into Plant Communication' with Andy McCall

A large body of literature examines how and why animals, including humans, behave, but much less is known about plant behavior. Fortunately, the last twenty years have been particularly exciting for those studying how plants react and adapt to their environment. 

In this presentation, Andy will detail how plants behave and then focus on the specifics of plant communication. You will learn many ways he thinks plants communicate information with each other and with other organisms. Andy will end with his own work on these topics and consider what these findings mean for our own relationships with our green neighbors on Earth.
