The Contemporary Sounds Series welcomes acclaimed flutist Lindsay Goodman, in collaboration with Denison’s King Center for Data and Innovation, for a two-day residency culminating in a concert of contemporary music for flute and live electronics, including a new work by Denison faculty member Zachery S. Meier.
Denison University’s annual Contemporary Sounds Concert Series explores the art of storytelling through modern music, electronics and multimedia visuals. This year, Contemporary Sounds is part of the Tiny TUTTI Festival, a biennial event held in alternate years from the university’s larger, weeklong TUTTI Festival. Tiny TUTTI showcases original collaborative performances across a range of artistic disciplines.
