2026 Sara Lee Classic
Big Red Women’s Basketball is excited to host the third annual Sara Lee Classic Weekend. It’s a chance for all current players, families, and DUWB alumni to gather together, raise a national championship banner, and honor the incredible legacy of Denison Women’s Basketball.

Saturday, Nov. 14
9:30-11 a.m. | Open Practice, Mitchell Athletic & Recreation CenterAlums and families can get a look behind the scenes of a practice and what game preparation looks like for Sunday.
3-4 p.m. | Alumni Game, Mitchell Athletic & Recreation Center
Alums of the women’s basketball program are invited to lace up and compete on the court.
5:30-7:30 p.m. | Celebration of Women’s Basketball Dinner ($25), Moon HallAttendees will hear from Coach Hirt, celebrate this year’s Nan Carney-DeBord Alumni Award recipient, and recognize the team as they receive their National Championship rings!
Sunday, Nov. 15
11 a.m. | Denison Women’s Basketball Booster Meeting & Gathering
2 p.m. | Denison University vs. La Roche University, Livingston Gym
Celebrate as the 2026 National Championship banner is raised in Livingston Gym!
Helpful Information:
- Attire: Recommended attire is casual for the entire weekend. Denison spirit wear is always encouraged!
- Registration Fee: The registration fee is $25 per person for the Saturday night dinner and drinks, all other events are available at no cost.
