Academic Year Hours

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Fellows Hall Room 100A) and 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. (Library Learning Commons)
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Fellows Hall Room 100A)
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. (Library Learning Commons)

Non-Academic Year Hours (e.g., Summer, Spring Break, etc.)

  • Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Fellows Hall Room 100A)
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Staff Holidays & Winter Break Closure

Along with the rest of Denison University, the ITS Service Desk is closed for staff holidays and during the Winter Break. For the current year’s closure dates, please reference the Academic Calendar on MyDenison.

The ITS Service Desk will NOT monitor email, telephone calls, or voicemail messages during this time.
