As part of our National Library Week celebration, we are kicking off our Food4Fines campaign. We are accepting non-perishable food items and money that will all go to the Food Pantry Network of Licking County. For every $1.00 you donate we will waive $3.00 in fines. For every non-perishable food item you donate we will waive $2.00 in fines.
The food pantry can buy in bulk, so monetary donations go much further than food donations. If you do want to donate food, some foods that are in high demand are spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, canned vegetables, canned fruit, macaroni and cheese, and canned soups.
Money and food donations will be accepted at the library circulation desk on the main floor. Please note, we cannot waive bills for items that are not returned, only fines for late items.
