Twelve Chemistry and Biochemistry students presented their faculty mentored research at the 255th American Chemistry Society National Meeting in New Orleans, LA over Spring Break. Students presented their work at either the Division of Chemical Education Undergraduate Research Poster Session, Division of Physical Chemistry Poster Session, or the Division of Organic Chemistry Materials, Devices, and Sensors Poster Session. In addition, Denison students had a chance to take in talks featuring cutting-edge research from labs around the world. Attendees also enjoyed a lively discussion of insights learned from the meeting at a dinner with Denison faculty and student attendees. Student presenters were seniors: Edric Choi, Hannah Glick, Stephanie Ly, Max Meirow, Louis Morris, Harrison Ponce, Niquana Smith, Madeline Stern, and Madeline Van Winkle; juniors Gloria Gao and Ha Tran and sophomore Gabriella Pleitez-Gomez.
