Gregory Mallios has been acting professionally for over fifteen years. His regional stage credits include roles at Cincinnati Playhouse in Park, The Shakespeare Theater of New Jersey, and People’s Light and Theater Company to name a few. Locally, he has been seen on stage at The Human Race Theater Company, Available Light Theatre, and Short North Stage, as well as CAPA’s annual production of A Christmas Carol at The Ohio Theater where he plays Bob Crachit. For the past several years, he has worked with B24, a local production company that has made four short films, including 2024’s Memoir, which placed first in Columbus’ 48 Hour Film Festival and was selected among twelve other shorts at Filmapalooza for a screening at The Short Film Corner in conjunction with the Cannes Film Festival. As a stage director, he has worked with Columbus Children’s Theater, where he directed the immersive theater experience The Sleepwalker of Holstenwall, and is the resident director of Ben and Justin Present, where he directed the 2025 Cincy Fringe Audience Award Winner 1 Gay wedding and Absolutely No funerals. Gregory earned his MFA in Acting from the University of Florida and his BFA in Acting from Wright State University, where he spent the last four years as an instructor of acting at all levels.
