Student Accounts & Financial Aid
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal can be submitted when a student has lost their financial aid eligibility.

Return this signed form, the personal statement, and all supporting documentation to finaid@denison.edu (email is preferred, but items can be mailed to the office address listed at the bottom of the form). 

Questions regarding the SAP policy should be directed to the Office of Financial Aid (finaid@denison.edu).
