Denison’s Studio Art program welcomes artist and filmmaker Elizabeth Orr for an artist’s talk. Orr has just completed her first large-scale film “MT RUSH.” She is represented by Bodega gallery in New York City and is the manager of renown sculpture and installation artist Eric Orr’s estate.

She received her bachelor of arts in liberal arts at Hampshire College and her master’s in fine arts from Bard College. Her work has been featured in multiple organizations in the U.S and abroad including Artists Space Books and Talks, Recess, MoMA, and NurtureArt in New York, If I Can’t Dance I Don’t Want to Be Part of Your Revolution in The Netherlands, ICA Philadelphia, and Harvard University Carpenter Center. She has been commissioned by MOCAtv in Los Angeles and the Museum of Art and Design in New York.
