Pete Mills B3 4tet performs music from their new recording, “For The Record,” featuring Zach Compston, drums, Tom Davis, guitar, and Jon Eshelman on the Hammond B3 organ. 

Mills, coordinator of jazz studies at Denison, delivers a soulful, high-energy session with his latest release, which serves as a love letter to the timeless sound of the tenor saxophone and Hammond B3 organ quartet. With deep roots planted in the Midwest, Mills draws from the rich legacy of Columbus, Ohio—a city long known for its hard-swinging tenor/B3 traditions. 

This event is free and open to the public; however, tickets are required. Tickets will be available on August 28.
