The Denison University Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Chris Westover-Muñoz, presents a concert of sacred music in collaboration with Grammy award winning ensemble-in-residence, Third Coast Percussion. The program features Alan Hovhaness’ monumental symphony about the ancient Armenian Silk Road city, Ani-the city of 1,001 cathedrals. The program also features Bengali songs arranged by Aakash Mittal and the world premiere of Rob Dillion’s “Heaven We Need.”

COVID Policy Information: At this time, masks are optional at performances in the Michael D. Eisner Center for the Performing Arts. We encourage our audiences to be fully vaccinated, but will no longer require proof of vaccination to reserve tickets. All events and COVID policies are subject to change.
