  • 2:00-3:00pm – Always Forward Crossfit class
  • 3:45-4:30 – Full Body Strength + Tabata Cardio with Morgan
  • 5:15-6:15 – HIIT with Greta – Online
  • 4:45-6:00 Yoga Outside – Knapp Lawn/ Knapp Performance Hall when indoors
  • 5:30-6:30 Zumba Outside with Julia and Jenna – East quad green

Tuesdays

  • 5:15-6:15 HIIT with Greta – Online
  • 5:15-6:15 Pilates with Lynn – Limited indoors and zoom – Mitchell 254
  • 5:30-6:30 Zumba Outside with Julia and Jenna – East quad green/Mitchell 136
  • 5:30-6:30 Zumba Online with Isabella
  • 6:30-7:30 Barre with Zoe Outside – east quad green (If moved indoors Mitchell 136 online only if indoors)

Wednesday

  • 8:30am – 9:30am HIIT with Greta Online/ Mitchell 254
  • 2:00-3:0pm = Always Forward Crossfit class

  • 8:00 – 9:00am – Bootcamp with Katherine – Mitchell lawn (Mitchell 136 online only if indoors)
  • 4:00-4:45 – Total Body HIIT with Morgan Online

  • 5:30-6:30 Zumba Outside with Julia and Jenna – East quad green/Mitchell 136
  • 6:30-7:30 Barre with Zoe outside - East quad green (If moved indoors Mitchell 136 online only if indoors)
