The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry wished the Class of 2019 well and celebrated achievement of all our students.

At the close of the spring semester, faculty and students paused to honor our majors for their excellence, hard work, and contribution to the community in and outside of Ebaugh. The department gathered at our annual Alumni Speaker and Awards Ceremony to hear from Dr. Elizabeth O’Keefe class of 2002. Dr. O’Keefe is the director of regulatory affairs at Secure Biomed Evaluations. Her talk “Creating Better Medical Products through Regulatory Science” enlightened us to one of many different careers built on a Biochemistry degree.
