Biography

Dr. Kristina Slagle is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Denison University in Sustainability and Environmental Studies, where she teaches a variety of core courses in their interdisciplinary program. In her scholarship, she focuses on decision making as it relates to policies for fisheries and wildlife conservation, and is particularly interested in conservation on privately-owned landscapes.

Research

My scholarly work focuses on decisions and policies that affect conservation, as well as how conservation affects human well-being. I'm also interested in assessment of sustainability education, both as knowledge gained and skills developed.
