With nearly a decade of IT experience in higher education, I am passionate about utilizing my knowledge to support the Service Desk in every way possible. My background has led me to appreciate environments that encourage trust, transparency, and judgment-free zones, and I aim to lead by example. I find genuine fulfillment in assisting a diverse community of faculty, staff, and students, with any challenges that come our way.
