In need of a career pivot and not sure where to begin?
Join Marcy Stoudt ’94, Founder and CEO of REVEL Coaching, as she shares advice and strategies for navigating a career pivot with greater clarity and confidence.
Together, you’ll explore how to:
- Reframe your career path: Overcome the psychological hurdles of stepping away from your degree or first job and view a pivot as an opportunity for growth and agility.
- Diagnose the mismatch: Identify what may be driving career dissatisfaction, from company culture and industry fit to underutilized skills, values misalignment, and burnout.
- Lay the groundwork: Build a foundation for a career pivot, whether you’re considering a change now or positioning yourself for one in the next few years.
