The Summit Series: Academic Innovation on The Hill offers a forward-looking conversation on how Denison is reimagining the liberal arts to meet the evolving demands of today’s students and tomorrow’s careers. As a key priority of Denison’s What We Can Be campaign, this work reflects a deep commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and preparing graduates to lead with purpose in a rapidly changing world.
During the evening, guests will gain insight into emerging fields, new and innovative majors, and how a Denison education translates into meaningful, real-world impact. Featuring faculty thought leaders Emily Marshall, ’10 Ph. D., associate professor of Economics and director of Quantitative Initiatives, and Brad Frenette, assistant professor in the Music Theatre Program, and moderated by Katy A. Crossley-Frolick, Ph. D., associate provost, this dynamic dialogue highlights the full spectrum of Denison’s academic offerings, from finance and data innovation to the performing arts, while offering a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and experience how Denison is shaping the future of higher education.
