The Denison Chamber Singers and Denison Concert Choir join forces with the Denison Symphony Orchestra for a performance of Maurice Duruflé’s “Requiem, Op. 9.” This piece combines elements of Gregorian Chant and French impressionist harmonies in a meditative and soul-stirring setting of the Requiem service. The program also includes Gabriel Fauré’s “Pavane,” Op. 50. Featuring James Hildreth, organ, and Carolyn Redman, mezzo-soprano.

This event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required.
