The Department of Music welcomes Blythe Dahlem ‘23 presenting his junior recital on guitar and banjo. A major in American Roots Music and Economics, Dahlem’s recital features a mix of bluegrass, folk songs, along with some country and ‘newgrass’ pieces. “My performance of these songs serve not only as homages to the artists but also as a little symbol of the music that got me into bluegrass, and the music that has kept me yearning to listen to more and more Bluegrass and American Roots music.” ~ Dahlem
