Join a guided tour to explore the significance of this intricate lunar alignment, engineered by the Hopewell culture over 2,000 years ago, culminating in a breathtaking moonrise.
- Meet at the Octagon Visitors Center or take advantage of free shuttles* from Denison University!
- Tour begins at 11 a.m. at the Visitors Center.
- Moonrise starts around noon, with peak visibility at 12:15 p.m.
- Jeff Gill will provide insights on-site as the alignment unfolds.
