How We Live
Denison’s American Roots Ensemble performed multiples sets at the Ohiolina Music Festival which took place on the weekend of September 17-19, at Infirmary Mound Park in Granville.
Billed as a celebration of the music and culture of the I-77 corridor from Ohio to North Carolina, the festival featured an impressive lineup of musical talent, including Grammy® award-winning artists.
“The students had a remarkable experience. They played a set each day of the festival and attended 5 workshops. There were numerous real-world situations and perspectives for them to soak in. These are experiences that just cannot be replicated in the class/rehearsal room.”
