A Ballet Folklórico performance encompasses traditional dances from each state in Mexico and is a vital element for preservation of Mexican culture and identity in the United States. This event will be beneficial for the student body because of its interactive/participatory nature and opportunity for students to gain knowledge about the dances and costumes used during the performance.
