Who says learning can’t be fun? Students learn in all sorts of ways; in the classroom; in labs; during contests (shout out to Jill Reiner ‘22, an NFL Data Bowl winner). They also learn by doing - and logic puzzles and brain teasers are a great way to stimulate the noggin - and juice up those dopamine receptors.

Every couple of weeks or so, students in the Data Analytics, Computer Science, and Mathematics programs gather for an evening of social fun while they solve puzzles. They work alone or in groups and during COVID they are bringing their own snacks. (Though they hope to return to the days of pizza-fueled puzzling when it’s safe again.)
