Biography

The role of Contract Services is to provide competent, friendly, and timely reviews of agreements for the purchase of goods and services for all University departments. This includes reviewing agreements prepared by the suppliers with whom the University conducts business as well as drafting agreements using templates with Denison’s standard terms and conditions. Our goal is to help protect the University by negotiating terms favorable to the University while minimizing risk exposure.
