Established 1925
As Denison’s most recent sorority addition, the Pi Beta Phi chapter was colonized in 1954 to accommodate a significant increase in women’s enrollment. The house was found and furnished by 25 Pi Phi alumnae who lived in Granville at the time.
More about Pi Beta Phi
The house is located at 425 West College Street in picturesque Granville, and was built in 1925. From 1938 - 1948, the house served as a home for Denison's Alpha Xi Delta chapter. In 1948, that chapter closed and 425 West College became a private residence once again.
