In September, alumni and parents (and little brothers and sisters) showed up on campus for Big Red Weekend—a three-day event that offers faculty lectures and discussion, performances by student a cappella groups and the Burpee’s Seedy Theatrical Company, departmental open houses, athletic events, and a lot of time for reminiscing and catching up with Mom and Dad. In addition to all the usual fun and games, many alumni got the chance to take a dip in the college’s shiny new pool as part of the annual Alumni and Family Swimming and Diving Meet—the first held in the new Trumbull Aquatics Center.
