The Wellness Center presents an intellectual wellness workshop with Torrance Powell. Wellness impacts and is impacted by the ways in which we organize and prioritize our lives. In this session participants will consider the ways in which they spend time and energy on activities relative to their importance and urgency to long term goals. We will practice time management, identify effective study habits, and share strategies for academic success.
