The American Roots Music students present a showcase of music inspired by the Father of Newgrass, Sam Bush. The setlist spans over 50 years and features his time in The Bluegrass Alliance, New Grass Revival, and the Sam Bush Band.
From traditional bluegrass to a more modern, progressive format, this promises to be a fun concert that features several “firsts” for the ensemble. With an eclectic set of influences from Bill Monroe to Bob Marley, there is one thing we know for sure, there is only one Sam Bush!
