Denison Art Space in Newark holds an opening reception for the Inaugural Juried Exhibition of Local High School Artists. The participating high schools include Licking Valley, Licking Heights, Granville, C-TEC, North Fork, Johnstown, Gahanna Lincoln, Newark and Newark Catholic. These artworks were selected by art educators from each institution and submitted to a jury of Denison Studio Art Professors, Keith Allyn Spencer and Justin Coleman.
The Denison Art Space in Newark wants to encourage the artistic talents of local students and provide a space for display and recognition.
This Exhibition features artwork by Ben Franklin Elementary Students.
Winners will be announced from 5:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
