We are happy to announce that sophomore math and computer science major, Hayley LeBlanc has been selected to receive the prestigious Anderson Scholarship for Excellence in Science for 2018-19. Hayley, from Portland, OR, was one of two students chosen from a pool over 20 top students in the sciences at Denison. This scholarship provides each student full tuition in the junior and senior years, as well as a summer research opportunity to work one-on-one with a faculty mentor in a cutting-edge research in the sciences. Hayley plans to pursue graduate work after Denison in machine learning or a related field. Congratulations Hayley!
