Meet global leaders
Matt Harrington '84
Matt Harrington '84, Global president and COO of Edelman and more

In the 21st century, long-term success in our globalized world requires adaptability, broad thinking, and the ability to see connections among seemingly unrelated factors. The Global Commerce Executive Speaker Series gives students unprecedented access to the world of global business through industry leaders who understand it first-hand. The series positions key national and international corporate and non-profit executives face-to-face with the next generation of emerging leaders to share and reflect on their professional experiences. Students learn how to assess and handle challenges, seize opportunities, and succeed in a competitive global environment. Select students are invited to roundtable discussions and meals with the speakers, giving them a unique opportunity to talk with notable executives in small groups or one-on-one.
