Biography

I practice from a place of striving to help my clients work toward holistic wellness—an integration of mind, body, and spirit. I have experience working in community mental health, private practice, and partial hospitalization programs providing mental health counseling to individuals, families and groups.

I have experience working with diverse populations who struggle with anxiety, mood disorders, sexual health, trauma, ADHD, behavioral concerns, stress, and gender identity concerns. My clinical focus is trauma and acute stress and I am trained in specific treatment modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

In my free time I enjoy yoga, reading, concerts, community festivals, exploring new places and interior design.
