Patrick Pratt
Patrick joined Denison’s Division of Institutional Advancement as associate director for digital communications & engagement in January of 2021. In July of 2022, he was named senior associate director of advancement communications & marketing. One month later, he was promoted to director of advancement communications & marketing at Denison, where now leads the promotion of fundraising, volunteer, and engagement efforts among the university’s alumni, families, and friends.
Patrick came to Denison from Pac/West, a public relations firm in Denver, where he served as an account manager, developing and implementing public relations and information programs for clients.
Also in Denver, Patrick worked as a law office business manager and paralegal, as a program manager for the Colorado Association of Commerce & Industry, and as a public policy director and manager of operations for the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce.
In 2007, he was elected by voters in the City of Centennial, Colo., to serve on a 21-member charter commission that drafted the first constitution for the municipality.
Patrick holds a B.A. in international studies from the University of Colorado Denver.
