Biography

Evan Woods works in metaphysics, especially the metaphysics of ordinary objects and human persons. Most of his research focuses on puzzles about those ordinary objects and human persons that purport to show that either they don’t exist, or that there are far more of them than ordinary thought countenances. Other of his philosophical interests include death and hylomorphism.

He is excited to be in a liberal arts environment and working with students in logic, epistemology, and intro courses as a visiting assistant professor.
