The Department of Music Presents a guest recital on piano featuring Joong Han (Jonathan) Jung. South Korean-New Zealand pianist Jung concertizes regularly across the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, South Korea, and Japan. Starting Fall 2017, he joined Lee University as assistant professor of piano to continue his teaching, research, and performance career. Jung is the Director of Lee University International Piano Festival and Competition and he recruits pianists nationally and internationally. Outside his teaching duties, Jung serves the music ministry as an organist at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church of Cleveland, Tennessee. 

Masks are required in the Eisner Center at all times, and we strongly encourage the use of high quality masks (N95, KN95, KF94).

In addition to the Denison community, we are currently able to welcome vaccinated family members of Denison students, faculty, and staff and a limited number of vaccinated community members. You will be required to submit either your Denison D# or share your proof of vaccination when ordering your ticket. Family and Public ticket availability ends 24 hrs before the event.

Large performance spaces will continue to have a reduced seating capacity of 70%.
