In this program you will learn a four-step consultative process that will help you succeed not just in sales but any career where customer insight and engagement are key (think marketing, consulting, fundraising). You will learn how to put the needs of your client first, assess how those needs translate into success, and build relationships that last long after the deal has closed. Modules cover prospecting in the digital world economy, needs assessment, persuasive presentation techniques, and more.

Lead Facilitators: The class is delivered by certified instructors from Virtaza (a leading digital sales training company).
