Want a little study break? The last week in February, Mindful Denison Program Coordinator and UCLA Certified Mindfulness Facilitator Linnea Pyne will be in the Center for Learning and Teaching in the Doane Library offering practices that can help lower stress and juggle your workload. Cultivating mindful awareness can help strengthen focus, enhance self-awareness, create mental “space” and give you an increased sense of ease and calm. Plus, she usually brings chocolate.
