The Department of Dance welcomes Vail Guest Artist in Residence Molly Shanahan presenting “Of Whales, Time, and Your Last Attempt to Reach Me,” a performance from her dance company Molly Shanahan/Mad Shak.  New City Chicago writes that “Discarding the rules of modern dance, Shanahan puts movement under the microscope, cultivating gorgeous organic phrases by observing motion at an atomic level.”
