International Friendship Program

Denison International Friendship Program

Denison is fortunate to be able to offer international students a chance to get to know residents from Granville and other nearby communities. The program is voluntary for both hosts and international students. The International Friendship Program has a long history at Denison and because of this, many wonderful relationships have developed beyond the college campus.

Hosts offer their hospitality upon the student’s arrival and hopefully throughout their time at Denison. Initially, we ask the host and student make a one year commitment with the option to continue the relationship should it be mutually agreed upon. If possible, the host and student will first connect at our welcome dinner in August. Throughout the academic year, International Student Services sponsors several optional complementary activities for the host and student to enjoy together.

If you are interested in serving as a host to a student from abroad, please use the expandables below to complete the form.
