Therapy Dogs Return!
Come unwind at the library on April 26th from 1:30-3:30 with therapy dogs, chair massages, guided meditation, crafts, and snacks.
Feeling like you need a break from all of that studying? Are your shoulders hurting from being hunched over your computer and books? Do you find comfort in petting dogs or making crafts?
Stop by the Library on Wednesday, April 26th for a healthy dose of relaxation. We’ll have lots of activities to help clear your head and add a little fun into this stressful time.
Therapy dogs will be in the atrium for you to play with and pet.
Chair massages will be provided on the main level.
Guided meditation will be led by Christy Plaugher from breatheYoga.
Craft your way to relaxation.
Eat some snacks and have some coffee to get you through the afternoon.
The De-Stress Fest is co-sponsored by Denison Libraries and the Whisler Center for Student Wellness.
