De-Stress Fest Winter 2017

Fairs & Festivals
Wednesday, December 13, 2017
Building & Room/Office/Space

Feeling like you need a break from all of that studying? Are your shoulders hurting from being hunched over your computer and books? Do you find comfort in petting dogs or making crafts?

Stop by the Library on Wednesday, December 13th for a healthy dose of relaxation. We’ll have lots of activities to help clear your head and add a little fun into this stressful time.

  • Therapy dogs will be in the atrium for you to play with and snuggle.
  • Chair massages will be provided on the main level.
  • Craft your way to relaxation.
  • Meditate.
  • Eat some snacks and have some coffee to get you through the afternoon.

The De-Stress Fest is co-sponsored by Denison Libraries and the Whisler Center for Student Wellness.
