Live-Stream of 2015 Induction Ceremony On Periscope

Can’t make Induction 2015? Now, thanks to Periscope, you can still be there for one of our favorite traditions at Denison—after a day of moving into their new rooms, meeting new friends, and settling in on campus, our first-year students and their families are invited to gather up for a little pomp and circumstance to kick off their Denison experience.

Periscope is a live video-streaming app for iOS and Android where anyone using a smart phone can watch as students hear from the president, receive their tassels, and sing the college’s alma mater for the first time.

Simply check out Denison’s Twitter feed (@DenisonU) right before induction for a link to the live stream. On your phone, you’ll be prompted to download the Periscope app; if you’re viewing via a standard desktop or laptop computer, you’ll be able to watch via the Periscope website without additional downloads.
