Submit your First-year student ID photo by Friday, August 7

Advice & Tips

We are counting down the days until you’ll arrive on campus! We know there is so much to do, and so much of it is important. This message is the same: a quick to-do item to make move-in smooth.

If you have not yet done so, we need you to submit your student ID photo by Friday, August 7. Normally, we take photos in person, but this year is different (understatement!), so we need you to do this online.

To do this, first sign out of all other Gmail accounts on your computer and ensure you have other browsers closed.

  • Next, sign into your MyDenison/Denison Gmail account.
  • Navigate to Campus Resources, then Student Housing Operations & Planning.
  • Next, click ID REQUEST in the right-hand menu. Next, click “First Denison Student ID”.
  • Since we are managing hundreds of students, we ask that you follow the directions and examples very carefully to ensure your submission is accepted on the first try.

If you complete this task before move-in day, your check-in process will be fairly speedy and your photo will be included in the Class of 2024 photo collage! Waiting will delay your check-in process.

If you are doing remote learning this fall, you may disregard this message. If you are seeking remote learning, plan to withdraw or need to discuss options, please complete this form.

Please let us know if you have any questions! See you soon!
